I verify that the items I am consigning are mine and I have full authority to sell these items. These items are in good operating and working order and are not defective, broken or damaged and they have no missing parts.

I understand and agree that Just Between Friends Franchise System ("JBF Franchisor"), Just Between Friends San Angelo ("JBF Franchisee" or "Just Between Friends - San Angelo"), my assigned tagger and their representatives are not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my sale items; although full preventative efforts will be made by JBF and their representatives.

I understand that JBF is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. JBF has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor.

I understand there is a minimum of $150 JBF value (or 50 tags) to participate as a consignor.

I understand all items will be marked to be reduced on the applicable discount days (e.g. 50% Off Sale Days). If I choose to donate unsold items, these items will be eligible for 75% off if offered. I understand that once tags have been created, I cannot change the reduce/not reduce option.

Before giving my items to a Valet Tagger, I will be sure that all items meet the following criteria:

*Clothing is recently laundered, sorted by size/gender/type, and is free of stains, tears, excessive wear, etc.

*All items that can be in a box, are in boxes of manageable size and weight. 16x16x16 is the preferred size and weight should be no more than a pregnant woman can reasonably carry. TIP: You can get FREE boxes at Chick-fil-a!

*Shoes must be clean and free of dirt/mud

*Outside toys/items must be wiped down and free of dirt/mud/water

*The Valet Tagger has the right to refuse any items that do not meet JBF standards. All "No Thank-You" items received (stained, worn, damaged, outdated, dirty, incomplete, etc.) will be donated on my behalf.

Before giving my items to a Valet Tagger, I will be sure all items are in working order (toys etc), have all their parts/pieces, are clean, and do not have any rips/holes/stains/smells (smoke or pet)/ or hair.

I understand that is my responsibility as the consignor to inspect my items to ensure they meet JBF standards before drop off. I understand that I may incur additional fees if I have items pulled for quality.

I understand JBF pays out 60% of my total sales, of which I keep 40% and pay 20% to my tagger for their service (prepping, pricing, tagging, storing, transporting, and placing items on the sales floor).

I understand I will be charged the standard non-refundable, non-transferable Registration Fee as well as a non-refundable/transferable supply deposit before dropping off my items with the valet program. I understand the supply fee covers the first 150 tags.

I understand a $7 supply fee (hangers, card stock, safety pens, etc) will be deducted from my profit check after the sale for every 50 tags OVER the first 150.

I understand I will be charged any additional (avoidable) fees I may have accrued after the sale, and that these fees will be removed from my profit check. Potential fees are as follows:

Battery Fee: I understand that all battery powered items must have working batteries and if my tagger is required to provide batteries that I will be charged $1 per battery for AAA and AA sizes and $2 per battery for all other sizes. JBF does not replace button batteries and any item requiring them that does not work will be considered a No Thank You item.

Box Fee: I understand all items must be given to my tagger in manageable size boxes (16x16x16 size preferred) with manageable weight that a pregnant woman can reasonably carry. If items must be re-boxed due to weight a $5 per new box fee will be assessed (16x16x16 size boxes will be used for this calculation). NOTE: You can get FREE boxes from Chick-fil-a!!

Sort Fee: Additionally, all items must be sorted by gender and size prior to dropping off with my tagger, and if they are not I understand that I will be charged $5 per box (16x16x16 size boxes will be used for this calculation).

No Thank You Items Fee: I understand that is my responsibility as the consignor to inspect my items to ensure they meet JBF standards before drop off. I understand that I may incur additional fees if I have items pulled for quality at the rate of .25 cents per item for the first 15 items, .50 cents for items 16-30, and $1 per item for 31+

Broken/Missing Fee: I understand that if any item is returned at the sale because it is defective, is missing parts or does not work a $5 fee will be removed from my profit check.

Failure to Pick Up Fee: I understand that selecting pickup requires additional labor to sort and prepare my items. If I choose pickup but fail to arrive for my scheduled pickup time, I agree to pay a $20 fee for every 50 items (or portion thereof) sorted on my behalf, when more than 50 items remain.

I understand any tags entered under my valet account, even those entered personally, will be subject to valet rules and percentages.

I agree to cash my JBF Consignor check within 90 days of the date the check is issued or pay a stop check & re-issue fee of $35.
